bf4 for some reason is a very hardware intensive game, so u would recommend you get the 6950 simply because i has more memory and will probly give you a higher fps than the other card, i would also recommend that you look at a 650w or even a 700w if you want to be same because getting a 600w will not let you have the 20% spare that you need so i would recommend looking into a 650 or 700w but i 650 would be ok as for your mobo and cpu they should be fine the the gpu i recommended.

hope it all goes well for you.
and im happy to help with any other questions.

Hi! Thanks for your answer. But over here in this review:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Powercolor/HD_7790_Turbo_Duo/9.html

It says shows that the 7790 Turboduo is faster than the 6950 (Compare it with the other games). One of my worries about buying the 6950 is that it's a pretty old card. I think it's been here for 4 years and I fear it may get outdated soon. What do you think?

altough the 6950 is a slower gpu it has more memory and the problem with these turbo boost cards is the only difference they have is they been safely overclocked and the 6950 has been around for longer so the drivers will be more stable and reliable. but what i would recommend doing is get the specs of both cards together and compare them to the recommended specs for bf4 ultra oh and just read 5 or so reviews about each card but make sure the reviews have been done in the past 6 months or so.

Yes but with the new Mantle API coming out in the near future, wouldn't you think that the 7790 would be the better choice? This is because Mantle only supports GCN Cards (HD7xxx and above). And with the recent Mantle test on BF4 raising the performance by 45%. What do you think?
