Hi guys

So my PC as it stands is this:

CPU: i5-3570k 3.4ghz Stock cooling
GPU: GTX 660 2gb Gigabyte OC Edition
Mobo: Z77MA-G45
PSU: OCZ CoreXStream 500w
Ram: 8gb Corsair Vengeance
HDD: 640 gb Samsung
Also have a case with 4 fans.

I want to work out if this build could take a second 660 with the same PSU or would I need to upgrade both?

Thanks!

An OCZ is not a great supply. They rarely rate their supplies to produce full power "continuously" which you need for gaming.....

PSU:

GPU:

So....
200watts System
140 watts per GPU (280watts combined)
Totals out to 480 watts.....

That's just too close to Max load for reliable operation....

Suggest a Corsair 750watt TX (or HX/AX series) would be a good fit for your Dual GPU setup....
