Hello there I have just recently build my first computer and I have search around and have not found an answer. First off, is my motherboard which is a Asus MA597 Rev 2.0. Whenever I turn on the computer there would be one red blink on the memtest. I do not know what this indicates because my computer boots into the UEFI bios ok.

Spec:
CPU: FX-8320
MOBO: Asus MA597 Rev 2.0
GPU: Asus R series 270
PSU: CX500
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2X4gb 1600Mhz
Any help would be appreciated.
Oh and one more thing the CPU currently idles around ~44.0 Celsius using the stock cooler. Is this normal?

Solution
That blinking red light indicates that your memory is dead. Take them out and try them one at a time and redo the memok test. If the red light stays on it's faulty memory.

Hi there I have done exactly what you instructed. I did the test on both module 1 at a time and there were 4 blinks and it stop blinking. On my monitor it said mem OK! This also happen when i tested them both as the same time. I'm guessing I am good to go?
