Bluetooth headset connection problem

Hi all

So I've just purchased the Sound Blaster EVO ZX wireless headset.
Connected through USB the headset works as it should.
When connected through bluetooth well.... it won't connect at all. My PC can't even find the headset when in searching/pairing mode.
I have tested the headset with my android device and they paired no problem and the headset functions like it should.
I'm using a USB bluetooth dongle with my PC - the drivers for this have installed correctly. This dongle has managed to successfully pair with my android device.
I have tried pairing the headset to the bluetooth device on a different PC and it still wont even find the headset.
I did manage to find the headset twice on the first PC used but when I tried to pair them it timed out (despite the headset still in search/pair mode). Now when I search it doesn't show up, it also won't show on the second PC I tried.

This headset also has NFC, I have successfully paired the headset to my android device through this.
Would a NFC adapter be better than a bluetooth dongle? I understand they're the same when connected but it's just an easier way to connect?

Any suggestions welcome! Thanks

Does it supports NCF then?
