On my phone (kyocera rice) the Cisco Connect guest access page keeps loading. Very annoying. Do I need this? Do I need a pass

It simply sounds like your phone is trying to connect to a wireless guest network that requires a password. Just stop trying to connect to that wireless network and the pop up will go away. Otherwise, if you know who's network it is, ask them for the login info.
