Getting Low FPS On GTX 760

Hello i bought a Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
And i only get around 170fps on league of legends while it should be around 300-400 if im correct.
But when i start fighting it drops to 70-80.
can it be my CPU or do i have to change some stuff.

OP Windows 8 64b
CPU AMD A10-5700
8GB Ram 798Mhz
Motherboard MSI 2AE0

That sounds about right to me. The CPU on the A10 isn't very good, so I'm sure that is causing some slow downs. At any rate, if your monitor is only 60hz, you won't see any difference from 170 to 80 anyway lol

Save up some money and get an AM3+ socket CPU+Motherboard, like the 6300 or 8320, but until then, enjoy the game :)

Hello thank you for your reply i have 250 pounds for another cpu and motherboard can you please select them for me as im not very good with picking them i'd appreciate it a lot! on amazon it would be perfect
