ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0

Hey all,

Considering some motherboards for my budget gaming build.
Came across this. Read mixed reviews. Thought id ask you guys. Is an ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 a decent mobo?

I agree with whitecat. I would prefer asus m5a97 le r2.0. But the only drawback it has is we can't overclock the cpu with that le version. But it's great value for money for non overclockers.

It will do as good as any other 970 amd motherboard does. But Asus is a better choice. But if your budget is limited then asrock extreme3 is okay.
