Hi Guys,
Basically i needed to update the bios in order for me to upgrade CPU to ivy bridge
so i updated the bios to the latest firmware using the ez flasher and basically now it does not boot into windows.
it gets to the asus logo and just keeps rebooting.
will i need a new motherboad?
any help would be appreciated guys. Thanks.

Asus p8z68-v/gen3
Intel pentium g620 (lol)
4GB Ram
