Solution
For PSU, I recommend Seasonic, Rosewill HIVE, Corsair (HX and up), Antec, and XFX,

GPU - MSI, Sapphire, ASUS, Gigabyte, XFX, and EVGA.

And sorry, but I don't know how to post a link to each and every one lol
Have you made any modifications to your PC?
Like adding RAM, some card like LAN card etc.?
I must say yours is a pretty decent system; many system I see prebuilt are pretty hopeless.
You could fit a 660 too in there; no problem.
If you have the money for a 660, I suggest go for this PSU instead:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026

and here is the 660:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121660
This is $194.99; there are some $160 ones, but they're reference.
This card is faster and quieter, also runs colder.

not sure what gpu thou. srry im not an expert on this im still learning more off desktop but i would defenetly prefer to buy that gpu if it fits in my dektop.hope th psu does fit

Being a top mounted PSU, I doubt it would allow it to draw air in from the top or bottom of the PSU, but I'm not familiar with the case. You probably need one that draws air from the back of the PSU.

380w PSU will be plenty for what you have now and if you were to add an R7 250 like I linked above, and you would actually probably be able to get away with using a 260x, as long as it only requires one 6-pin power cable.
