Looking for a PC which can run BF4 and Skyrim on ultra

I don't have any specifications except that it has to be under £700, I would love to hear back from you guys, thanks in advance!

I'd start with a £200 GTX 760 or R9 270x.. The next step up would be the GTX 770 or R9 280x but I don't think you can fit those in your budget.

Also, could anyone perhaps build me a PC for less than £700 which can run BF4 and Skyrim on above medium, thanks.
