I'm working on my first build and am a little uncertain about some of these cable connections.

1. In this first image, what is that four pronged plug for on the right side? It's part of the case and I suspect it might be to power the fan control switch?

2. In this second pic, I plugged the 24 pin power cable in the on right side, but there's another ATX 12V power connector in the upper left corner. Do I to plug something into that if I'm already using the 24 pin cable?

3. I installed a Noctua NF-A14 PWM 140mm fan in the front of the case but the connector has 4 prongs while all the case and MB connectors all have 3 prongs. It does fit with one prong not being used, but it seems a bit odd? Should I connect this to the case connector or to the motherboard PWM_Fan1 port? In the bottom center of the pic, I have it connected to the PWM_Fan1 port.

Thanks for the help!

Solution
1: that's used for power so it may be for your cases leds or controls
2: yes plug that in as well, you need both to power your mobo and CPU
3: the 4 prongs allow your mobo to alternate fan speeds. Keep it plugged in to your mobo. And make sure the heat sink fan is plugged into your CPU fan pins on the mobo

1. Looks like a power connection for a fan or fan controller. Connect to a MOLEX connector from your PSU.
2. Yes, you need to connect the aux power connector from the PSU directly the 8-pin port on the motherboard.
3. a 4-pin PWM fan connector will work just fine on a non-PWM fan header if you don't have an available 4-pin PWM fan header available. No worries.
