gpu doesnt display on start

I recently built a computer in which I have A R7 260x, but when it is powered it wont display onboard or gpu outputs. I cannot install any drivers. Can anyone provide a solution?

i3 4130 3.4ghz, 8 gb ddr3 1333mhz cl9, an asus b85 board, 500gb seagate barracuda 7200rpm 3'5 hdd, xilence 450 watt psu, f12 artic 120m fan and a samsung sata sh224 24x dvvd writer

Then I guess that the CPU is supported, but just to make sure, what's the exact model of the motherboard (check the board or the cardbox)?
Try starting the board with only CPU and CPU fan, single RAM stick installed (graphics card removed), connect the monitor to the onboard VGA or DVI port.

it just says it is a b85 plus

I will alsio give that a shot but I think the bios is the problem
