How worried should I be?
I accidentally touched some power cables to parts of my motherboard that shouldn't be touched by power cables (I know I should have turned it off first) and there was a flash of light and everything turned off. It wouldn't turn on again at the time and I thought it was broken, but now a few hours later it seems to be working fine. Can I assume that it's fine and the mobo's intrinsic safety features saved it, or is this likely to be more serious? I thought I might need to replace a fuse or something, but if it's now working doesn't that mean everything's connected up fine?
Thanks for any help.
