Are this specs all compatible?

They are all compatible but get a motherboard with the amd 970 chipset which is far better than the 760G on that motherboard. That motherboard only has a 4pin mb connector, for an fx processor you want one with an 8 pin.
Such as this mb http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Socket-Motherboard-970A-G43/dp/B00B9BDB14/

This is the 4 pin, look for one with 8 pins.
