Can I use i7-2600K stock cooler on i3-4130?

I still have my stock heatsink from my i7-2600K build because I bought an aftermarket cooler. Can I use it on the i3-4130 that I bought for my HTPC?

I thought it might work a little bit better because of the copper heat sink.

I did find a couple others who have done this without issue, so I guess I will give it a shot. Already cleaned off the stock paste, and have some AS5 ready to go. Waiting for the rest of the system to arrive later this week.
