Only PSU and GFX fans are spinning when booting

Hi,

When I power on the computer, only the PSU and GFX card fans are spinning. Any fans connected to the motherboard do not seem to spin. The motherboard does receive power (green light)

I'm afraid of booting the computer for more 5 seconds because I fear I might fry the CPU if the heatsink fan is not running.

What should I do to troubleshoot?

the system was working for one day and was stress tested (prime95, memtest, furmark) for 24 hours. it stopped working after two days though...

Definitely clear the CMOS, especially if it stopped abruptly. Attach the stock cooler.

it stopped while playing league of legends suddenly. we did clear the cmos. will try the stock cooler.
