Yes thats good overclock with such temperature. Just watch your voltage, set to adaptive mode or offset mode in your bios if you have stable overclock. Good luck 
set my voltage to 1.125 v . right now im running prime95 blend test for the past half hour.

while benchmarking your cpu, Manual mode is recommened for cpu voltage and try decreasing cpu voltage if you think you are stable at your current voltage(try decreasing until you find that your pc isn't stable below that voltage). Once you know that you are stable at particular voltage, make sure to change cpu voltage to offset mode or adaptive mode.
