is there much of a diffrence between the AMD 4350 and 8350

I know ones 4 core and the other is 8 core. But will there be much of a difference between the two for gaming if I put the same graphics card in them. Basically which will perform better for gaming.

There is hardly any difference between the two for gaming. Of course the 8350 does much better in multi-threaded workloads, but they are about the same for most current games.

Excluding games that are multi-threaded like BF4 and Crysis 3 (games seem to be becoming increasingly multithreaded though) they will perform very similarly in pure gaming. As shortstuff said above any multi-threaded workload and the 8350 will win. Or when you incorporate a lot of multitasking e.g. livestreaming while gaming.

If you feel comfortable with overclocking an even better option would probably be the FX-8320.
