the card's specs say it is 11.61" long. The case's specs say it will accept a card up to 11.96" in length. Since the card's 6/8 pin cables enter at the top of the card and not on the end, it would seem to be a go. I also believe the top section of drive bays is removable, too. So that would give you plenty of room, if that is the case.
