Earlier this week I bought a new turtle beach z22 headset, but when it arrived, the sound worked fine but it couldnt pick up the mic. So, thinking it was broken, i bought yet another headset but this time from BJ's. Upon hooking up the new tb px22, I discovered that once again the same problem occurred. When I go in to test my mic via skype, it picks up every sound currently on my pc except for my voice. I have a pre-built Cyberpower GUA250, and Im thinking the sound card might be to blame. Thanks!
P.S. Also tested mics on my brother's pc, both are in working order.
