Is it a good budget gaming PC that can run BF4 on atleast Medium graphics with no problem?

Only thing I will comment on is that PSUs that come with cases are usually (read: almost always) terrible, and will not deliver stable or adequate power in the long run. I would recommend choosing a different case and going for a XFX 450W PSU.
