I have a Aerocool Strike-X GT Toolless Mid Tower Gaming Case http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00606NA0A/ref=oh_details_o04_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have 1 100mm fan blowing air in at the front and 2 120mm fans blowing air in at the side i also have 1 100mm fan blowing air out at the back but there is 2 massive gaps at the top and bottom for air to escape.
Thanks BTW.

As HiTechObsedded says, it may be just down to the built in fan profile, some makers run the cooling fans at lower speeds to keep things quiet which inevitably means higher temperatures.
It's hot but not excessively so, but if it is a concern you could try installing Afterburner and setting a custom fan profile to get the temperature down at the cost of some extra noise.
