My G400 just broke, it was pretty good but not made for the claw grip. I want something a little shorter maybe and better suited to the claw grip:

My grips looks a lot like this guy's

I was looking for mice which had this sort of shape:

If only the G9x was an optical and wasn't £90

These are some that I've found so far:

- Razer Abyssus
- CM Storm Spawn
- Corsair M40
- Roccat Kone Pure Optical
- Razer Deathadder (not suited very well for claw grip)

No laser mice pls

Edit:

Leaning towards this one now:

1) Are you hyper sensitive to acceleration? Because some laser mice have as much acceleration (or lack thereof) as optical sensors. There is a little more variety by switching to laser mice.
2) If I were you, I'd pick the CM storm Spawn, Very well suited size for your grip. But if you're upset about the the G9x's price, there's always ebay and sales. If worse comes to worse, buy the MW3 Edition and put a sticker of your choice on the hideous logo. :D

to be honest, the razer Abyssus was one of my best mouses i ever had of all my mouse's ive had.
its small... very accurate. and is for the claw obviously or fingertip. ever since i had any other mouse since it broke it felt not the same anymore.
and it seems i cant find any other look a like mouse or something that feels the same like the Abyssus.

i would get one of these, ( as you listed )
Razer Abyssus
CM Storm Spawn

there was no reason at all to go for a palm grip mouse for me( sensei , deathadder,).. since i dont have large hands.. they felt very uncomfortable in my hands.
