Will I can to connect 5 chassis fans to Asus Z87 K? Is it good for overclock(Intel Core i7 4770K to 4.2Ghz-4.4Ghz max)? Will I can to use Asus GeForce GTX 770 or 780, also and two video cards?

According to the Asus specs: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87K/#specifications
The MB has headers for 1 CPU fan and 2 chassis fans. You could use splitters to add more fans but I personally don't like that idea. Better to get a fan controller.

It has the Intel Z87 chipset so it should be good for some OC'ing. 4.4 GHz might be a bit optimistic though.

You can use a single GeForce card but not 2 in SLI. Specs say AMD Xfire only.

Yes, you can, but like I said above, I wouldn't do it. Might overload the MB.

Much better to put the fans on a PSU Molex connector or buy a 12 v. fan controller.
