So here is my story:
I bought all the components of a pc around November 20th. I put it all together around December 1st.
It wouldn't turn on, I was getting a red CPU light. So I took out the cpu to see what was going on and it had a bent pin.
So I returned the CPU and got a new one. I checked it for any bent/broken pins and it had none, I put it in the motherboard and the pc still wouldn't post. So I called newegg and they were going to allow me to send back the motherboard this time. I was getting all the components out of the motherboard and was checking them all... and guess.. what.....
The CPU had a bent pin. SAME EXACT PIN AS THE LAST ONE.

So my question is... can a motherboard do this? or did I somehow install everything wrong? Or do I just have REALLY BAD LUCK? I took everything out correctly even researched the correct ways to do it. and this still happened. I am beyond angry this time.
Thank you
