Which Soundcard should I buy?

I was wondering which sound card to buy within the budget of £25 (thats around 30 something in dollars I think).
The Asus Xonar DG 5.1 is a card that I'm considering along with the Asus Xonar DGX 5.1.
What I want is as decent a card I can buy on a very tight budget so whatever card that you think fits that criteria please feel free to disclose it as Soundcards are a blind spot in my P.C. hardware knowledge,Thankyou.
I should have said that I mostly use my P.C.for gaming and watching media such as DVD's,Netflix etc.

Well,the onboard sound is fine but the cable connecting the sound from my case to my asus m4n98td evo is broken.I have contacted Coolermaster, as I have a HAF 912 about the issue, in order to possibly get a replacement.I have a GTX 670 ,6g of DDR3 RAM and and phenom 965 black edition.
My motherboard sound jacks are defunct also;both front and back no longer work(one has half a headphone jack still in it from an unfortunate incident which taught me the literally valuable lesson to not opt for cheap and nasty headphones and the front jack just stopped working at a latter date for seemingly no reason.Before the cable breakage but after the sound jacks broke I got sound through a HDMI cable connected to a moniter which I plugged my headphones into and when I was using my now broken corsair 1500 surround sound headphines the sound came via a usb connection.
Alas the days of sound are a memory and my chronic addiction to skyrim(modded(2056 hours)) has ceased abruptly.

ha,trust me there is no fixing that.
Well ,thing is I AM in need of a new case(along with the problems mentioned bits are literally held together with chewing gum,i kid you not) so I was thinking of buying the Cooler Master Elite 310 NOW(i am an impatient man,i've decided) ,as I have the money to do this right now.I like this case ,for its price point it is a very good case and I like understated designs.This would allow me to have sound for----games.......,oh sweet ,sweet various games or Skyrim basically(i'm telling you man ,I need to go to a a gaming addiction clinic or something ,2056 hours of skyrim is unhealthy,embarrasing and pathalogically piles inducing but if it keeps me off the heroin :)---O.K., so i would have sound until I can afford to get a CREATIVE Sound Blaster Z a week or so later as I am a bit of an audiophile.

I was wondering would a case such as the one I mention (cooler master 310 elite fit all my components.I have a EVGA 670,a titan TTC-NK85TZ,these next items are irrelevant bt I have an ASUS M4N98TD EVO with a Phenom 2 965(black edition).I hve a standard size atx Corsair 650 w Psu of he TX range ,500g HDD (a 3.5 inch and a 300GB 2.5inch sats HDD ,300g and Gig of RAM in 3 2 Gigabyte modules.
I believe it should thougha tight fi it will be i'm sure.Oh and I am planning on geting the Creative sound blaste z alsoas mentioned above .
