3.5" HDD Hot-Swap?

In my computer case, there are no extra spaces for the HDD/SSD cages. So I have to find somewhere to place my HHD and SSD. Now I discovered a drive reader could handle installing both of my storage. So I am here to ask if there is anything I need to mention. This is the products I found:

I have one 2.5" ssd and one 3.5" hhd. I use my ssd to boot my pc.

So you have just the two drives? How is there not enough room normally?

I using water cooling, there is a radiator with a fan in the front of my case. So I have to remove these 2 cages. But I have a large ax 1200 pus as well, there wont be able to place the hhd/ssd cages.
