Hi

I shouldent be worried about cleaning out my computer for dust until my cpu/gpu temp start to get un-normal high?

Removing the dust before it leads to a problem is called preventative maintenance and should always be done.

Waiting until a problem occurs may be too late if it has already lead to component damage.

Your eyeballs are the best indicator. If it looks like it needs to be cleaned, it should have been cleaned last week.

Is using a vacuum cleaner inside the case really dangerous? Ofcourse not going too close with it.

I got a can of compressed air, but ill scared it will come out liquid, im abit paranoid.

If dust is getting under the CPU, you have other, major issues

No, you don't need to remove the CPU.
