In the bios setting the Voltage of the cpu is currently listed:
VCORE: 1.332V
3.3V Voltage: 3.240V
5V Voltage: 5.014V
12V: 11.994V
VDDA2.5V Voltage: 2.5V

The temperature of the cpu is at 45 C listed in the bios using stock cooler.
Is this normal?
Using a Asus M5a97 Rev 2.0 Mobo
No Windows is install yet.

Solution
yes that's fine, idle temperatures change a lot depending on environment, and voltage doesn't seem abnormal either, the only important figure to watch is temperature under load, so fire up that windows and bench your PC and see what happens :)

Ah ok, What would be some recommended programs? I heard Prime95 or something along those lines is not safe.

it's safe enough, I mean it stresses your computer to its limits and is called "torture" tests for a reason :p

if you don't trust it then some other popular/common benchmarks include 3DMark and PassMark, these are mainly CPU tests, there are more "fun" (or pretty i should say) tests you can do to test your Graphics capability like any of the ones from http://unigine.com, the most famous being Heaven since the newest rendition is the most intensive. And there are other more informal ones like Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn's own benchmark test
