This is my first time building a PC and really want to go liquid cooled. I want to be able to overclock an not have to worry too much about temperature. Sadly, I know nothing about the parts need for liquid cooling. I know that you need a radiator, pump, reservoir, and some tubes. Anything I'm missing? I want to be able to play BF4 at high-Ultra setting at 45+ fps. Can somebody name the parts for the PC? Thanks!

Screws, compression or barbed and coolant. If this is your first time building and you really want water cooler, I highly recommend that you use a closed loop water cooling package, from Corsair or NZXT. Maintaining a custom water cooling loop requires a lot of effort, replacing the coolant every year and just overall maintenance. If you want to play BF4 at High to Ultra at 60fps, I would recommend i5 4670k, NZXT Kraken X40, AsRock Killer Z87 and a GTX 770 or a GTX 780 if you can afford it.

You could also purchase 3570k and gtx 760, I am running ultra at 1080p just fine

Listen to ProWilma, running a custom water cool loop is expensive, and requires a lot of maintenance. Closed loop is much much easier. Just grab an i5, and either a 770 like ProWilma and ztreme1999 said. Whats your total budget for the build, or do you already have some parts?

Ok, thanks. Also, I have been looking at the NZXT G10. It is a closed GPU liquid cooler. Do you think a GPU cooler is worth it. I feel like it would help with the overclocking.

My budget is about $1500-$1700 and no, I do not have any parts yet

I wouldn't bother putting a gpu under water unless you are experienced with water cooling. Get the Msi lightning 780 (or 770) it has a great cooler, and is made for overclocking. My only advice for the other parts is go intel not amd with your CPU, especially with that budget.

Get a nice GPU with a non-reference design and your good to go. Don't need to worry about voiding warranties and all the jazz. Get a 240mm or a good thick 120mm for your CPU if you plan to OC and you'll be good to go.
