1st, How do I overclock? How high can I OC? and what else can I do till I build my new Computer?

Solution
I'd say you won't get very high, if i remember the Core 2 Duos had a locked multiplier and considering that board as well i would figure you'd struggle for a 1Ghz increase. It's worth a shot though, you'd probably be able to get a few more Mhz without much voltage. But also bare in mind cooling as well, especially if it's an HP machine with those generally tiny cases.
