Can i use Sata cable

If the interface information (SATA 1) is correct then you should be able to use a SATA cable. Looked at the WD site - http://support.wdc.com/product/install.asp?groupid=603&lang=en - and it is a SATA drive.

Ik clutchc but i dont have money at the moment i bough my first gameing build features fx-8320+Msi 770+ case + optical drive +motherboard + CPU cooler+ PSU+ memory all high end staff i only have 22$ on the bank and i want to run my system so bad i was thinking to get this HD and maybe next month or the end of this month ill get SSD 120GB

Well, in that case... get it and have fun! You can always clone the drive to a new one when funds permit.
