What's your budget? And don't buy Windows 8.1 from PCCaseGear, I'm pretty sure officeworks was selling Windows 8.1 retail versions for the same price. If you get the retail version, you can reuse the key in case you upgrade or make hardware changes in the future. An oem version binds it to the motherboard. Just a tip on the build, do you have enough money to get an 8320, the 6300 is good but not great.

The oem system builder versions of Windows 8 can be transfered as well they are no longer tied to the motherboard like older oem versions of windows.
