700-800 PC Build help

Alrighty so I'm brand new to building PCs and am a little confused about what I should get in my build. I have a 700-800 dollar spending limit on the PC alone. I use my computer for playing games like league of legends, runexcape, and I could possibly get into minecraft and steam games. I also am going to be using it for browsing the web, watching YouTube videos, gfx designing, and multitasking. So basically I want a build that can make my screen 1920 by 1080 I think that's what it is and I also want it to hace nice graphics but the proformance is more important to me. You probably can't find a 280X for that price anymore (crypto-currency miners have been grabbing all them)

Pretty hard to squeeze in i5 + 760 so amd is a cheaper option.

The above is $850, but you can adjust parts as you wish (as long as compatible). The reason I left it as $850 is because trying to shave money off that comes mostly from the GRAPHICS CARD. For $150 you can get the Asus GTX650Ti 2GB card instead which drops the build to $750.

As for the R9-270X, it's a valid option and worth considering. If so, I like the Asus version with custom cooler. It's not as good as the GTX760 but it's also about 10% cheaper.

If BATTLEFIELD 4 is a high priority, be aware that the MANTLE update increase is pretty huge. Of course, only some newer games will support this but if you believe the BF4 numbers we might see a pretty big boost. I'm not quoting any numbers until I see third party validation but a 30% boost seems likely.

I personally prefer NVidia but that's because of G-Sync. I intend to buy a 4K G-Sync monitor in 2015. I also do some game recording using NVidia Shadowplay, and I factor in PHYSX for games.

2) Lower-end motherboard
3) No CPU cooler (stock one is a bit noisy)

Windows alone is about $100 so that's really a $900 build unless he specifies the $800 max is ONLY for hardware.

For his budget, I am pretty sure an fx 8320 oced to 4ghz (so it is basically an fx 8350) would be better than intel. Intel is more of a higher budget component.

$800 is a weird price point. If I build with the i5-4570 I don't have enough left over for a good graphics card. If I use the FX-6300 CPU then I can fit in a good graphics card but will get some CPU bottleneck issues in games.

I could have just used the stock CPU cooler and been barely over, but this is just a GUIDE and you can modify as you see fit. Cheers.
