Hawk > "GAMING" edition.
The Gaming edition has a max clock of 1085MHz.
The Hawk has a max clock of 1111MHz.
Well that is how its supposed to be.

so can you suggest me on which one should i get? i could just easily overclock the gaming edition

The build quality is very much the same, but MSI product stack is reasonably simple.
If the product has a higher clock, then its usually better quality to, better VRMs, that sort of thing.
If the price is similar, then get the Hawk, if the Hawk is considerably more, then get the Gaming.
