I'll try and break this down as best as I can -

Basically, I'm getting no audio whatsoever. No windows start-up sounds, no music, etc. I've tested the front headphone jack as well and no sound from the headphones, either. Here is what I've tried:
- uninstall and reinstall new drivers (Realtek)
- disable and re-enable the device
- rollback the driver/update the driver
- In the "Realtek HD Audio Manager" I've opened the folder above "Analog" and CHECKED the box to "Disable front panel jack detection"
- checked to make sure none of the volumes were muted or turned down
- updated the Bios
- checked to make sure the device "Speakers" (Realtek HD Audio) was set to default

Some more info - I do some very novice home audio recording and have a Lexican Alpha USB interface that I record through. It acts like an external soundcard when plugged in. When I connect it and use it as my default audio device I can hear sounds just fine (Though my green output jacks are still not working). So I know my speakers work and that the computer is sending a sound signal.

Also, (when back to using the Realtek default device) when I open the 'Sound' window and click the "Playback" tab I can see the green bars moving as if audio is playing but still, nothing is coming from the speakers.

I'm at my wit's end. I've tried everything I can think of to no avail. I have no idea what could be causing this problem. I'd GREATLY appreciate any thoughts or input from you guys. Thanks!

Yes, the onboard audio is enabled and I loaded the defaults, too. Still nothing :(
