Help!! Building a new system from these opinions

hi i have a limited budget around Rs. 30000-35000. that is around USD$ 285-330.
few things i need to know is it worth to get dual channel as ram or single module is fine?

And sorry for not quoting the prices and model and just giving the link to them. i will try to write the one in the my range later, but otherwise please keep on giving me advice or help me build it.

Also i have no plan to buy from international market or online market. local companies are giving the official warranty, as for some reason international warranty dont cover here. intel, asus and others local distributor dont cover the international warranty here except for few things only.


These are what easy available in the market of ours. As i am not a mid or high end gamers, so i am not going for any above 4th gen i3. and i planning to buy i5 laptop..... or should i do the other way around.
suggestions

this what i have already;
samsung led monitor 24inch with hdmi and vga port,
HDD - but i plan to buy a new HDD as i feel the old one are near end, but i hope not.
dvd-rw,
mouse, keyboard

now i prefer to have motherboard with usb 3.0 as i will have no plan to change or upgrade it till 3-4 years.
so help me build a reasonable and long lasting system.
oh also do tell me would it be advantage to have graphic card with plain motherboard which support dvi or simply go for hdmi board.

At this price range I will look for a APU (CPU & GPU) build. My recommandation will be to get that most expensive APU possible along with a cheap branded FM2 motherboard with USB3, 4GB of 1866 RAM (Upgrade later to 8GB if possible) and a cheap case and a cheap cainet.

Do not use a local power supply even if it comes with the case cause they are of very cheap quality and will put your other components at risk.

Chose the HDD as per your personal needs.

thank but ram here is only 1600 MHZ which is in range. and i need items to be selected as that why i am confuse. and what about dual channel or singlaur module, and i am not good in short form what is APu?
please choose from the list.

and oh i use ups 1200watts. which easily handle 1 pc, my monitor n speakers.

If you buy an APU you won't need a Graphic Card to play games, APUs are made by AMD not Intel and at this price range you should be looking at Intel as they have more bang for the buck.

Tell me the websites (if not buying from local stores) you will be buying your parts from and your total budget, I will be able to help you much better.

oh AMD i havnt seen that, as mostly people are going for intel and its warranty. i had AMD once athlon 3400+ i think had heating issues when played heavy gaming.

the budget is max Rs. 35000/- for desktop. the product, its prices, links to two of the online stores is written above. and some question too.
but if u want me to send u as a message i can do it too.

HDD is opinion as i can go for 1TB HDD only rather than 1.5 or 2TB. so we do have some budget space.
