the lap which I'm planning to buy is acer V5 - 573..
core i 7 processor
8 GB ram
4 gb dedicated VGA - Nvidia GeForce GT750m
1 TB HDD
I'm currently learning 3Ds max and my current Laptop is having an onboard VGA (1760MB)
the display stucks when i do arc rotating..
I want to know whether my problem will be solved with my new lap.

Yes, GT750M is quite good. As far as I know any gaming card can be used for 3DS Max, Maya etc., if you're not aiming for heavy 3D operations.

However, acc. to the official recommended graphics hardware, nVidia Quadro and AMD FirePro cards are best for such purposes...
