the price they mention is in RM. Is that equal to myr you mentioned?
I'd also like to know if you are interested in overclocking the CPU in the future and if you have any preference between AMD and INTEL

yup,RM=myr
For me, overclocking CPU is fine, but no water cooling[don't how to maintain it]
no any preference between AMD and INTEL,just want it have good value

The best you can get within your budget is:

processor: Core i5 4440 - 579 RM
Mobo: Asrock H87 Performance - 399 RM
RAM: Corsair DDR3 4GB PC 1600 - 129 RM
Total - 1107 RM

But this mobo and processor is not overclocking ready so you won't be able to do an overclock in the future. This will give you good value but not great performance.

However, if you extend your budget a little and get these you will get a lot of performance:

Processor: i5 4670k - 759 RM
Mobo: MSI Z87-G43 - 429 RM or Ashrock Z87 Extreme 3 - 449 RM
RAM: Corsair DDR3 4 GB PC1600 - 129 RM
Total - 1317 / 1337 RM

This will support overclocking and also multi GPU support like crossfire.

Sorry for late reply
I think I'm not gonna do crossfire on future
Will the i5-4440 make a big different with 4670k?

With your current GPU 6770 you won't be able to notice any difference. But if you plan to buy a more powerful GPU in the future and go for very high end gaming in full HD, then 4670k will definitely give you an extra edge. Until then you will be fine with a 4440.
