No video output on initial boot

Home built PC no video output on boot. I've tried checking all the cables replacing the video card and the ram but it doesn't output video on boot. The main board indicates its good and everything turns on it just won't output video.

Some Bios will have a setting on the video if you have a mobo with intergrated graphics. If your mobo has Intergrated Graphics then connect your monitor to the port on the mobo and then go thru the settings in the Bios chipset and look for graphics and switch it from intergrated to pci. Then connect the monitor to the card and see if that works.

If that doesn't work then try a different pci slot.
