So my new rig has the GTX 770 2gb Superclocked (PN:02G-P4-2771-KR) and I would like to upgrade to SLI. If I get the GTX 770 2gb Superclocked with ACX cooler(PN:02G-P4-2774-KR) will I have issues going SLI or is the ACX cooling system the only difference?

Solution
They aren't identical (they have different clockrates, 1085 vs 1111Mhz) but there is no issues SLIing them together.
You are limited to the speed of the slowest card though, so you either overclock the slower one or downclock the higher speed one. Either way it's likely to be a pretty tiny performance difference.
