yes you can replace your 2.5'' hdd with a 2.5'' ssd like the derktop pc have.before installing windows make sure achi is enabled on the disk options not ide through bios. prefer a clean windows install not a image copy or something. also try this article has several tips-treaks some of them very crucial for maximised performance and lifespan of the ssd!cheers!!
