Hey guys so I'm thinking about build a portable gaming PC, that will also be used for video rendering (will mostly be for montages/commentarys of my xbox one/xbox 360 gameplays and PC as well) and also as a multi-media server (so i can stream my movies/music outside of my home as well as inside of it).

As far as the game ill be playing, i'll mostly be playing WoW, Payday 2, L4D2, Skyrim, FC3.

BUDGET - I'd like to stay at 500$ possibly 350-400 if possible.
NEWEGG - this is the only site i'd like to buy from, but open to other sites that take PAYPAL.

HERE are the parts I already have lying aroung -

PSU: 550W Gold Rated Rosewill Capstone
GPU: Gigabyte 7850
Sound Card: Asus Xonar D1
RAM: 8GB's Patriot G2 Series DDR3

I do not need a Monitor, nor do I need a keyboard/mouse.

----
Here are the parts im considering for this build -

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570
Case: Cooler Master Elite 130 Mini ITX tower
Case Possibility #2: Cooler Master N200
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H77N (only problem here is I wont be able to use my sound card like I would like to.)

Other Parts - (I also need an HDD/Optical Drive)

I've also considering going with a mid-size computer but I really want it to be as small as possible. Looking for suggestions on maybe a Mid tower that is as small as possible that will allow me to have very easy portability along with easy storage (I want to be able to fit it in small places). I also wanna be able to use my sound card with it.

If you know a great case that would work please let me know, also suggest a good mobo to go with it. I'm also open to closed water loop cooling solutions to keep the temp down as much as possible.

What about the Bitfenix Prodigy? The thing has rubberized handles on both the top and bottom, has plenty of space for hard drives, supports a Mini-ITX motherboard, a full ATX PSU, a full GPU, supports a full 5.25'' drive bay, and even supports top-mounted 240mm radiators.
