What gaming cards would work in a Lenovo ThinkCentre 4518 SFF?

I really do hate the lack of a good computer store in my city as it makes hunting for a video card really difficult. I was looking to upgrade from my Radeon 7750 to something else. It's tricky given that my box is a SFF (I already slightly damaged the lock on the PCI Express slot which is hard to get to in the first place).

What cards could one use that are higher than the Radeon 7750 that could fit in my machine (as well as work within the PSU that I have)?

That case seems awfully small. Try and find some of the short cut cards. What is the PSU? If its 300W, I wouldn't even think about a gaming card, if it 500W, then maybe a GTX 760 ITX from MSI, or something of that same.

I'm rather scared to change the PSU of any computer. It might be easy to others, but the expensive of replacing a computer if I screw it up is not something I'm willing to chance right now.
