Is leaving a PC in the sun bad for it?

I was going to build a PC, but the only place for it is under a window, where the sun shines on it for most of the day. The outside temperature generally doesnt get hotter than 27 degrees Celsius in summer, but on an especially hot day it can go up to around 35. I was concerned that direct sunlight/heat could maybe somehow screw up my system or monitor. Anyone had similar issues?

Solution
the problem is the monitor won't be very easy to see in the light (especially if there's light shining in the back of it) heat shouldn't be too big of a problem

i have my pc out in the balcony.we have built a glass construction and made a room.
in summer it is like 35 0c in the room.i have the pc desctop under the desk so it does not get hit by the sun.
with a stock cooler the temps never rise more than 70 .
if possible install a curtain so the sun does not have direct contact with the pc.plastic parts are a bit sensetive.as for the electronics if they are keeped withing the operating temperature you should never have a problem.
