Will Thermaltake 600W TR2 work with a GeForce 760 GTX Superclocked?

So, I've run into a bit of a problem. When I purchased my system components, I figured I would need a good 500W PSU at least to run most graphics cards. I usually look for PSU's with dual 12 volt rails as apposed to single rails. I've heard from a lot of people that having dual rails is better. I picked up a Thermaltake 600W TR2 during the Christmas deals on Newegg, knowing that it would be enough for my system.

However, I am a 3D artist who uses both Blender and 3DS Max extensively. So I purchased a GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked. The problem is that it requires a 500W minimum PSU with 30 Amps for the 12 Volt rails.

My PSU seemed to have okay reviews. Mind you there are always some bad reviews but I take most reviews with a grain of salt. The other PSU's I was considering all had a higher number of bad reviews or they only had single 12 volt rails, or not enough watts.

So this PSU has an efficiency rating of 73% and allows for 23 amps on the first rail and 20 amps on the second rail.

Do I just add the two rails together and expect 43 amps total? I do know that the power at a certain point will be a lot less clean from what I have read.

Would a Cooler Master 725W Extreme be a better PSU to opt for?

I do not intend to run SLI.

My system specs are:

Intel i7 4770k
Evo 212 aftermarket cooler with 2 120mm fans.
ASRock Fatal1ty Killer Z87 Motherboard
Touchscreen Fan Controller (forgot the brand name)
1x 250GB Samsung SSD
1x 1TB WD Caviar Black Sata HDD
1x LiteOn DVDRW
2x 8GB DDR3 PC 1600 RAM
2x LED Case fans.

The only thing I would use either of those power supplies for is a doorstop. The cm extreme series and the thermaltake TR2 are both low quality garbage. Many of the high quality power supplies like a single 12v rail, but there are more important things to look at than how many 12v rails it has. The 2 biggest things you should look at is build quality and combined 12v output, usually with multiple 12v rails they will show the max combined wattage for rails when they don't it's usually a bad sign. For your system I would use a 550w XFX it's a good psu at a decent price.

What about this:
CORSAIR CXM series CX600M 600W? I've read a few people recommend this and it might give me a bit more headroom?

My budget would be basically under $100.

I read in another post similar to mine, someone was looking to use a Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W. I am a actually a fan of Rosewill. Despite the bad feedback I've read on them, on my previous build I had a Rosewill PSU that lasted over 8 years and I have never had a single problem with it.

I will be making my purchase from Newegg.
