Move windows OS but keep files on the same harddrive

I got an SSD and want windows 7 to boot from here but keep all programs etc on the other harddrive

How large is the SSD? I know of only one application that will move 'only' Windows. Non-free http://www.paragon-software.com/technologies/components/migrate-OS-to-SSD/


Ideally, a fresh install on the new SSD is the absolute best option.
