Yesterday after having been away from keyboard to do something, the mouse can no longer move when I came back. The light is still on and it can still click. It just strangely doesn't move and plugging it into other usb ports doesn't help at all. When used on another laptop, it worked perfectly. What's the problem? Can suggest ways to settle this in a detailed way?Thank you!
PS: Sometimes when surfing the net, my laptop screen will freeze and I can't do anything like moving the cursor. I have to wait for about 20 secs for it to return normal. I wonder if this has to do with the existing problem?
