According to Jonnyguru.com, the Enermax Galaxy 850w PSU has 408w available to it for the PCI-E connections.

The GTX card needs about 250w according to the review of the base model here on the Tom's Hardware site - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-780-ti-review-benchmarks,3663-15.html
My question is, would this PSU be suitable for a Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti, or would I be better served by buying a better PSU please?
The reason I ask is that when I install the card, boot times are incredibly long (IF it boots at all and doesn't just present me with artifacting after displaying the BIOS splash screen for two minutes) and I can't get into the BIOS at all in any way using any method.
