Hey guys, building a new build atm and it will be consisting of

Asus Maximus VI Hero
Asus GTX 780 Direct CU II
Fractal Design R4
Noctua Nh-d14
i7-4770k
Crucial Ballistix 16GB ram CL 8-8-8-24

my question is, considering all parts being overclocked (4.5 ghz stable CPU for example) and higher clock speeds on graphic card, will the noctua nh-d14 + the 2 already attached fans on the R4 be sufficient cooling or would I need additional fans?
Any input?

I guess there isn't really a difference between a completely fine or meh, there's only a difference between fine or holy crap. The Noctua NH-D14 is one of the best air coolers and will perform on par to some water-coolers. The cooler will keep your CPU within acceptable temperatures when overclocking your 4770k to 4.5ghz.
